In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing error affecting a market or game outcome on the bet9a Platform, bet9a reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to player balances. Decisions made by bet9a in such circumstances are final.
Sports betting markets at bet9a are subject to the specific sporting event rules of the relevant governing body. In the event of ambiguity, bet9a's interpretation of market settlement rules shall be final and binding.

Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or factors outside our control may result in temporary unavailability. bet9a will not be held liable for losses arising from such interruptions. In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is restricted by law, bet9a's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted.

In the event of account termination for cause, bet9a reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found, remaining real-money balances (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method.
